How Soap Cake is Prepared

Soap is a solid soap piece; important for cleaning and hygiene. It helps remove dirt, grease, and germs from skin, clothes, and surfaces.The preparation of soap cake begins with mixing coconut oil, caustic soda, and water. This mixture is heated for about half an hour to ensure proper blending and chemical reaction. After heating, it is allowed to cool down. Once cooled, common salt is added to the mixture, which helps in the solidification process. The mixture is then left undisturbed for 12 hours, allowing it to set properly. Finally, the solidified mass is cut into pieces, forming soap cakes ready for use. This process ensures the soap is smooth, firm, and suitable for cleaning purposes.
