How Omelette is Made
An omelette is a cooked egg dish; important for protein intake. To make an omelette, first, onion, chilli, and ginger are cut into small pieces. An egg is broken into a bowl, and the chopped vegetables are mixed into the egg. Salt is added, and the mixture is stirred well. Meanwhile, oil is poured into a frying pan and heated. The egg mixture is then poured into the pan and spread evenly. It is fried on both sides until cooked and then rolled carefully. Finally, the omelette is served hot, sprinkled with black pepper for added flavor.
