How a Building is Constructed
The construction of a building begins with the drawing of a plan by the architect. This plan is then sanctioned by the municipal or corporation authority. After approval, masons and labourers are engaged to carry out the work. The actual construction starts with bricks, cement and sand to raise the structure. Next, doors and windows are fitted, and the walls are plastered to make the surface smooth. This is followed by wiring and installation of electric and water connections. Afterwards, the painting of the walls is done to give the building a finished look. Finally, the building is completed and becomes fit for living.
