My Dearest Dipankar,
Hope you're great! Last Saturday, I visited the Alipore Zoo with my parents. It was fascinating!
I saw majestic tigers pacing, playful monkeys swinging and colorful parrots chattering. The elephants looked so grand, and the giraffes stretched their long necks. Observing their habits up close was amazing.
While seeing them was incredible, it also made me feel a bit sad. I believe these magnificent creatures truly belong in vast reserve forests, not confined enclosures. They deserve to live freely in their natural habitats. Zoos offer educational value, but a reserve forest provides a more suitable home.
Missing you,

My Dearest Somnath,
Hope you're doing well! I wanted to tell you all about my recent visit to the Alipore Zoological Garden in Kolkata with my parents last Saturday. It was an amazing experience!
We saw so many incredible animals and birds. The tigers were majestic, pacing gracefully in their enclosures, while the lions roared, showing off their power. I loved watching the playful monkeys swinging from branches and the colorful parrots squawking loudly. We also saw elephants, giraffes, and even some rare white tigers! It was fascinating to observe their different habits, like the deer grazing peacefully or the crocodiles lying still in the water, waiting for their prey.
Watching them up close filled me with a mix of awe and sadness. While it was wonderful to see these creatures, I couldn't help but feel that they truly belong in their natural habitats. I believe wild animals and birds should ideally be kept in vast reserve forests where they can roam freely and live according to their instincts, rather than in confined zoo enclosures. Zoos can serve an educational purpose, but a reserve forest provides a more natural and fulfilling existence for them.
Anyway, it was quite an eye-opening trip. I'd love to hear what you think about it.
Looking forward to hearing from you soon!
Warmly,
Sandip Guin
